What repair can and cannot do
FrameRescue repairs MP4 and MOV files whose video and audio data survived but whose structure is missing or damaged, which is the usual result of a recording that stopped before it was finalized. It cannot recreate footage that was never written, was overwritten or was deleted, and it does not unlock encrypted media. Each result is decoded and checked before it is offered, and you pay only when a repaired file is ready.
Ready to repair?
Upload the original damaged file. A healthy clip from the same device is optional. FrameRescue checks the result before offering it, and you pay €5.00 only if a repaired file is ready.
